We are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery if an item is damaged during delivery.

- We will not return items past the 14 day period from when you receive the parcel.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned items are used.
- We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during the return process.
- Refunds are processed within 5 working days. Please allow 10 working days from the date you send your items back for your item to be refunded.
